**Shipping is provided by Canada Post**

Please allow 2-3 full business days for online shipping orders to be processed and shipped. 

Livin' Kolor is closed on weekends and major holidays. Orders received on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

Livin' Kolor is NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 2-3 business days to process the order and we cannot be held liable for any carrier's guarantees.
We will NOT refund shipping charges if any carrier fail to meet their guaranteed shipping times.

Please Note: Customers are 100% responsible for all Duties, Taxes and/or VAT (Value Added Tax) imposed by their respective countries when shipping internationally. These taxes are NOT included in the International shipping fee and orders will not be refunded because of unwanted additional fees. Please be sure to check with your local post office to find out fees before placing an order.
