Return, Refunds & Exchanges
In order to be eligible for returns, your product(s) must be in its original box, unopened, and unused - all product(s) which have been used cannot be returned or refunded.
If your product is ineligible for return, we will return the product to you (you will pay for the shipping fees).
All sales are final and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate exchanges on LivinKolor.com. Store credits will only be issued once we receive your items and you meet our eligibility for returns. Please see above.
We’re sorry that your items were damaged during the processing and shipping. In order for us to assist you, please contact us HERE or at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include a picture with your entire order, as well as the damaged/ defective items and a brief description.
Refunds & Store Credits
- All refunds are processed as store credits. No cash value.
- Refunds are only processed for unused and clearly damaged products.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- You have 7 days to request a refund after receiving your items
- Store credits will be available 14 business days from the day we receive your return package
